This market will resolve to “Yes” if MicroStrategy Incorporated or Michael Saylor officially announce that the company’s total Bitcoin holdings are equal to or greater than the number specified in the title at any point by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market will be official announcements from MicroStrategy or Michael Saylor as to their total BTC holdings. For reference, MicroStrategy’s reported BTC holdings can be tracked at: https://www.strategy.com/purchases

4/15/26, current Strategy BTC: 780k. STRC helped them acquire 20k over last two days. At 800k now 260 days left in year. Strategy has acquired average of 1,032 BTC per day since 1/1/25 when BTC price has been much higher. 197 days at current rate. 37% for 1M by EOY is wildly undervalued.
